Services
Every year, we handle thousands of certifications and recertifications. This involves managing all aspects of the certification process, including:
- Promoting certification to members and non-members
- Processing applications and payments
- Providing technical assistance to applicants and test-takers
- Managing proctors
- Developing and managing study materials
- Making sure each applicant is qualified to take the appropriate test
- Importing test taking and results information into a dedicated client database
- Managing the actual testing cycle
- Sending results and renewals to examinees
- Managing all aspects of the Continuing Education Unit (CEU) process to facilitate the recertification of currently certified members and promote active engagement in their professional development.
